(No Article Processing Charge) Policy

MAIRAJ is committed to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing by removing financial barriers for researchers. As a biannual, open-access, and double-blind peer-reviewed journal, MAIRAJ follows a No Article Processing Charge (No APC) policy.
The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, editorial processing, peer review, acceptance, publication, or online access. All editorial and publication decisions are based solely on the academic quality, originality, and relevance of the submitted work.

No Submission Fee
Authors are not required to pay any fee to submit a manuscript to MAIRAJ. All manuscripts are processed through the same editorial and peer-review procedures regardless of the authors' institutional affiliation, nationality, or funding status.

MAIRAJ does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC). There are no fees for:

Editorial Independence
The absence of publication fees ensures that editorial decisions remain completely independent of financial considerations. Manuscripts are accepted or rejected exclusively on the basis of:

Payment or financial considerations play no role in editorial decision-making.

Open Access Without Cost
All articles published in MAIRAJ are made freely available immediately upon publication. Readers may access, read, download, cite, and share published articles without subscription fees or access charges, subject to the journal's Copyright and Licensing Policy.
Funding of Journal Operations
The operational costs of MAIRAJ, including editorial management, peer review, publication, website maintenance, and digital archiving, are supported by the journal and its sponsoring institution or other legitimate sources. These costs are not recovered from authors.
Transparency
MAIRAJ is committed to transparency regarding publication fees. If the journal's funding model changes in the future, any applicable publication charges will be clearly announced on the journal's official website before implementation and will apply only to future submissions.
Waivers
Since MAIRAJ does not charge submission or publication fees, a waiver policy is not applicable.
